MOJITO

Ingredients

In order to make your mojito you will need :

 

- 4 cl of white rhum Depaz Cuvée de la Montagne

- Half a lime

- 8 mint leaves

- 2 cl of sugar cane syrup

-Sparkling water

- Crushed ice

Preparation

Place the washed mint leaves into your mojito glass.

Add the sugar cane syrup and the diced lime.

Add the lemon and mint. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.

Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice. Pour in rhum Cuvée de la Montagne and fill the glass with sparkling water.

 

Stir, taste and garnish with mint. Your cocktail is ready !
